Recruiting Lords for MY OWN FACTION.

I started a new account and decided to create my own faction, not join another one or do any of the claimant quests...my question is:

How the hell do you recruit Lords..if i speak to them there is nothing that says, do you want to join me? I even had a few in my castle and i heard somewhere you speak to them there and you can ask them but the same two things kept coming up...I must leave now. Or This audience is over..Which is completely stupid lol.

Anyone ?

You don't. Unless you're playing a mod. There are a few that feature this, I believe SoD, AoM, and RoY do.
