Recruit prisoners to garrison?

Is it planned to make it possible to slowly recruit prisoners in a castle/town and add them to the local garrison? That would be super useful, even if done at a very slow rate.

I can only tell you Improved Garrison mod can do it. Don't expect any features that may increase complexity from TW, at least before ending of EA

Currently do prisoners in castles/ towns become recruitable over time?

Say if you dump 100 and come back later (say 7 days) will any of them be able to be recruited?
