Resolved Really high HP quest spy (tournament)

Summary:
Derthert gave me the "I'm holding a tournament but there is a spy find them" quest I investigated the city, found the spy challenged him, we began fighting I managed to hit him 8-10 times dealing around 250-300 dmg, his armor wasn't that decent too. In the end I managed to kill him so he isn't invincible but his HP is really high I don't think this is an intended feature.

How to Reproduce
Take the quest I mentioned, investigate the city, find the spy challenge, him to a duel then just fight

I think it is intended. It seems they increased his CustomAgentHealth from 150 to 500! To make the quest a bit more challenging I guess?

500? Damn that guy can take a max speed couched lance and walk away like nothing happened. Thanks for checking, I hope they changed it accidentally lol. It's still not challenging but it's really annoying
