really bad performance

Hey, just noticed that this game runs very bad.
still im running on good system specs, here is it.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
memory: 8192MB RAM
graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 6990

and i find it very wierd that i can't even run it good on low settings, so please take a look on it.
and In my opinion ordinary warband ran pretty bad aswell, maybe it's bad optimized.

Same thing here, I have a little worse system, 6950, and i5, and it seems I can't run it without having fps drop to 30 from 120.

I am not sure if it's amd related or due to the fact the game isn't made for 200 players battles, or huge maps.

I usually get low fps at spawn (80+ players), where all the models are visibile, or when particle effects and  dynamic lighting/reflexes are heavy.

If there is anyone that can run it in those situations above with 60+ fps, could he lease tell me his system?
