Some more WIP screens. DX7 and 800x600, because sis went away and took gaming laptop.

Overall. Textures are only slightly touched, 'cause I cant work on them if I don't know how they look like in dx9.

Village probably wont look like this, just some objects thrown in... I yet don't have concept about this... but port probably wont change too much.

Textures changed. You can see three way in - bridge, ladders from ship and tunel under ruined tower. I'll probably add some steep path from small harbour on the right side of the castle. Ladder that replenish broken part of the bridge will be changed to something like harbour without pales. You can also see that to the walls from courtyard lead only single stairs, but it's not whole truth.... :wink:

Also just FYI, if you have the mod installed, you can run Native and click to join a modded server (works for any mod, not just this one) and it will auto-swap the mod over for you.
 
Question: Will these maps be played on the current 22nd server (100 players), or will there be a separate one? Just downloaded them and can't wait to play them later.

sorry for multiple post, needed this to be top of page 7.
 
My game crashes several times when I try to play on the new maps...

Just to let some people know that it's not exactly working 100%...
 
It is working for everyone who is in, it is working right now with 20 guys on the server.

Try reinstalling.
 
APPARANTLY THE CHANGE TO MODULE OPTION WHEN YOU DO NOT LAUNCH WITH 22ND MAP PACK IS BUGGED

MAKE SURE YOU SELECT "22nd_map_pack" MODULE WHEN YOU RUN IT.
 
My opnion on the maps:
You would do well to keep the artistic maps running, some of the more arcadish maps give me bad CS flashbacks.
The tower in the woods is the most successfull one so far.
 
Thanks for the feedback, personally I agree but I let a variety of maps in so we can see what is good :smile:

If everyone says the "arcade/fun" maps suck then we can remove them.
If others like them we can continue to have a mix.

The more feedback we get the better we can make it :smile:
