100+ players? Damn. I have a really nice one that I would've been willing to give up, but max it can hold is like 40-50, even less if you don't want billions of TKs.
 
If it is a map pack made by the community, why should it be under the name of "22nd Map Pack?" Sounds like a way for 22nd to promote itself from the hard work of other people.
 
Because more than half the maps in it will be made by us, but if other people of the warband community want to have their awsome maps played on by lots of people on our server then why not ?

Actually, since the developers are adding a map downloader... plus the huge majority of people are wanting more maps, if we provide them, all those who complained will dl and play, enough to populate a 100 man server easily.

Lets just get this straight shall we: The Prize:
Getting your maps hosted on our server. That is a big prize, how else will you get your maps played on by other people?
Anyway, the features planned for the 22nd realism mod should interest a huge number of people anyway, after we have released the map pack.
The first release of the map pack is in a couple days.
 
is it possible to change spawns during playing on a map, having different objectives and progressive spawns would make things a lot more interesting.

Example:
town with a wall map:  fight outside in the fields first > defend/take the wall > fight inside the town.

or does this need a separate mod ?
 
Hmmm, unless you did a headquarters map, with two fortresses and towns, so you hade to fight your way through to the other sides town/fortress.
