QWERTY is the standard keyboard in the US (and other english speaking countries, I believe)
http://www.seoconsultants.com/windows/keyboard/  (Yes, I just found this through google images)

Umm you do know that even with that kind of keyboard, there is a little keyboard thing at the bottom of task bar that let's you use another language? (At least, that's how it works up here in Canada)

It's not enabled in the US by default. Likewise, US Keyboard layouts lack the composition key that allows you to type non A-z characters easily.

Also, Dvorak Layout FTW!

    Like I said, if everyone in this forum used the standard QWERTY Keyboard, then someone would have to use translation software, or go through the trouble of getting new keyboard, OR using an onscreen keypad with some kind of translation to other language software. Basically, the easiest thing to do is use google translate.

Well you can't make an assumption that everyone in the forums uses that kind of keyboard without gathering a census of some sort. I mean, what about the Non-English forums? I'm pretty sure that most of them don't use a translator to communicate. So what if one of the Non-English forum users came here, can speak English, and can also type the special character's with their keyboard?

Either way, this is waaaay off topic. XD

@Splintert: Hmm... I see.
@Madoc:  :shock: That's a keyboard I never thought I'd ever see...

I read, the rules would be un-ready, partly implememented and still for discussion. So please don't get me wrong, this question is not meant as an assault.

So, this test might be possible.

Reference: Ban period of DannyTheDog_COP:                  2,5 days

Does that mean the ban was proportional to the claimed breach of server rules?
claimed was: "general disrespect" (after calling one an "idiot" based on being perma-hunted by this person)
and
"way of roleplaying" (as Town-Watch: forbiding bandits to enter the town for the purpose of peace - they were permanently assassinating)

Which exact rule was broken justifying a 2,5-days-ban?

Oh yeah that keyboard is not messed up it's for people with an illness or strain on there hand i can't remember the proper term for it but it's to stop strainage or pain in the arms when typing.. Atleast that's what i remember it to be. :roll:

I think it might be smart to a group of none-RP'ing admins that solely deal with enforcing the rules. It would allow admins would want to RP to RP, and still keep the rules enforced. I was wondering if it was possible to either let people know what admin kicked them or for other admins to know when an admin kicks someone.

Great server by the way.

i have come to notice that many of our admins now (that received admin to do just this) are now the ones who don't play, or don't admin at all.

Yes, there is of course the problem of simply getting bored with only ever admin'ing. I would suggest some kind of a roster, as in find out when certain admins are online and then say that for this day this admin plays only as an admin. If you could manage to get it so there was always one admin playing as an admin on at all times, that should be fine. And since they would only have to do it, say, once every one or two weeks.

What you have done: you divided BRIGANDS on the base what they wearing to three subclasses:brigand/bandit/assassin=thief
[/b]

First off, thief isn't a good generalization of those three subclasses, and as I said earlier it's called brigand for a reason. Brigandage involves any group of outlaws performing irregular military activities to get what they want. That includes thievery/banditry, assassination, pillaging, taking over places, looting,  armed harassment of organized armies, robbery, and more.
All this action would be seen as crimes against The Church and Feudal order of medieval society. All Brigands would be seen us public enemies. They would be hunted and killed on sight or presented to local official for trial. This trial would be parody of justice as Brigand would have only to choices: 1.Admit that he is guilty. 2.Admit that he is guilty as effect of torture. To avoid that Brigants would group in bigger parties and openly fight for theirs freedom.
Best known examples:
RobinHood(if real...good or bad) was not one brigand but leader of band of Brigands. They hide them selves in forest for the reason. In open terrain their would be hunted and hang on sight. EDIT: There is no such a thing as good or bad Brigant from the Authority point of view (in the similar way as we thing about terrorist today). Brigans could be seen as good by local peasant if they were fighting with system of opression, however they would never trust them as defensless village could become Brigants next target.
Assassin(Hashshashin) would not work alone and for money. He would be fanatical supporter of one of Islam branches like the Nizari branch of the Ismā'īlī Shia founded by the Persian Hassan aṣ-Ṣabbaḥ. Nizari were actually masters in overtaking fortresses in high mountains by deception. They become famous from assassination only because of Crusaders. At the time of crusade they controll over 50 castles in Persia,Syria and Palestine. At this time as well assassination in Western Europe was so rare that it shock Crusaders.
Both this examples clearly suggest that Brigands would work as Faction for sake of survival or for sake of influence and power.

I said that once but I will repeat: People constantly mixing characters,events and circumstances of very different periods. If you want medieval reality try to find out more about it instead of rely on common myths

My point: you are ignoring history, you are ignoring what was done by Mod creator, you are ignoring common sense...

PS.I still support RCC, and I am greatfull for holding server with the best RP experience in whole M&B Warband Mod Game

But i think you are forgetting a part of history. I have deeply studied the hashshashins and i think you are forgetting when the opened negotiations with king Almaric I of Jerusalem to convert the assassins to Christianity. before the negotiations failed over half of the assassins where converted. also assassins killed both Saracen and crusader for their own reasons, not for religious reasons. also if anybody brings up that they killed because they were told while they were high i swear to god i will kill them since it isnt true.
PS. You brought up a good point i just had to correct you
