I had to vote soupbar because there was no sub-par or below par option. 

My vote is tentative, obviously.  I just can't believe they would release it as finished with mutant kids and stuff like that.  The male characters look much improved over vanilla but the woman and children. . .me and my kids were cracking up laughing about it but that's not good for immersion.

I respect your opinion but the poll is what it is.  Polls/statistics are used in business all the time.  Pretty much every product you purchase or interact with has been statistically analysed in a similar way.

I burst out laughing when I talked to one of the kids, the boy had the same face as my character. Children with adult faces. Mutants indeed.

As with any voluntary poll, there's different reasons and motivations for people voting.  But again, it's still voluntary and gives a sample of the population here.  If nothing else, it's giving a clear indication that pretty much no-one thinks the game is great.  But most are leaning towards mediocre/poor.  Say what you want, but happy customers don't average in the 4/10 range for a game they like.

I don't think you understand what I meant and I am going to have to assume you don't understand the amount of work that goes into creating a questionnaire or survey that will provide data adequate enough to make a statistical analysis of something like how customers feel about a product.

You are making some very broad claims and statements based on what I something I wouldn't consider being even close to an adequate survey for statistical analysis or anything other than light banter.

I would caution you that throwing words like "facts" and "statistical" analysis around is not something to be done lightly.

I don't really care much for arguing about how people feel about the game, but as someone who works with statistics on a daily basis, it is a great pet peeve of mine when people use statistics incorrectly to make a point.

But the numbers are facts.  The percentages are facts.  It's the interpretation that is subjective.  Either way, 4.5/10 and 59% don't recommend on steam.  Does that sound like a product consumers are satisfied with?  Hardly.
