I have discovered an exploit. My character is part of Khuzaits. I went to Ortongard and decided to donate prisoners. I clicked to arrow button to transfer all of my prisoners. But then I changed my mind and clicked cancel. After that, I ransomed prisoners. Prisoners were ransomed with no problem except commanders. I kept ransoming 3 prisoners everlastingly. As you can see in media, they are sometimes ransomed as -6 prisoners even though they are only 3. Didn't have time to test this for other cities so I am not sure if this happens in every city for every factions. That's why I gave details about it.
