Ransoming Ladies?

I once helled a castle with around 9 Lady's. Terrible! Terrible! They didn't stop with the whining. I wish I could throw them all of the cliffs!

Maybe setting them free will release me from them haunting my dreams like the fears (Whining&Crying&*****ing) dogs of hell.

I always release them on the spot maybe I'm a sucker.  Do you gain honor or just rep with them?  I wonder if you get rep with their guardian.
