Summary: ransom for non-existent prisoners
How to Reproduce:
1. I am not in war
2. From time to time, Bannerlord will offer me a ransom for a lord who is not my prisoner

If you confirm the choice yes, you will receive the money and the message "Tasynor (prisoner) of the Northern Empire (kingdom) was redeemed from Arvania (your kingdom)" will appear.
