MP Ranked System and/or Balance System for Multiplayer Team Balancing

Currently especially in Skirmish (some for Captains mode and Sieges) there is an immense imbalance between teams. Especially if one team has a bunch of clan members, the other team seeing how badly they are competing quits the game right away completely ruining the fun for everyone.

Multiplayer mode is dying. This is very sad. Especially for a game that is still in Early Access. This issue is urgent and needs to be adressed.

I have 2 suggestions to fix this.

1. If you introduce a rank system, you could easily use this system to balance teams. For instance if there are two Platinum ranked players (or whatever you will call them), separate them, put them in different teams (even if they queued together for the match, even if they are queueing as a clan). You could assign a numeric value to each rank and get each team as close to same number as possible.

The ranking would have to based upon kill, assist (if assist system is fixed) and death points, with varying weights for each stat. The ranks would have to be different for Siege/Skirmish and Captains Mode. Then it would be fair I think.

2. If clan people are queueing together, and they cannot find other clans to battle, when they face a team of randoms, make the placement random teams, rather than the clan retaining their team composition.

Rank modes would be great to have! Maybe start with skirmish first and see how that goes, and then if all goes well, perhaps adding a tournament base mode, 2,4,6 or the like, teams. They'll fight in an area like mode, with even classess (inf vs inf, cav vs cav etc...) or something like that lol.
