I am independent king of my own faction but from time to time it pops up message that my kingdom has declared war against some other random faction and i find myself in war which i didnt wanted.Also when i send companions to seek truce first he tells me that other king wont sign up truce but after that he tells me that we entered truce for 20 days?!Oh,and whit england i had +97 relations and they still wont fully recognize me, beside that "some sorte lord of belgrade" recognition.

Any faction dont recognize you 'till You set a war with their enemies.
And this bug with random war is well knowed and i think it will be repaired for the next release.
And the relations with faction is not everything, I think You must create good relations with their ruler too. For me it take very long time but at last ive manage to set an trade agreement and even alliances. So You must spend more time on the relations and put both hands on the politics.
