Recruit
There is always one random faction in my campaigns that blitzkrieg all of Calradia within 500days!

I think because when random factions battle each other, leaving the other with no more troops for almost the whole war, so the faction that won can blitzkrieg trough their lands because the lords of the defeated faction dont have any money for recruiting!

Also, when Lords join that winning faction, it becomes unstoppable, i saw 5 battanian armies with 400+ people, so every town and castle is defenseless against it.

I know that Taleworlds is doing a good job i really do with little patches everyday, but please fix this as soon as possible Taleworlds!, its kinda ruining peoples playtroughs.

I've noticed this issue as well, there needs to definitely be some balancing as far as lords recruiting and factions being able to just spam as many armies as they want. I think there should be a faction wide cool down to making an army and an army should disperse upon taking a fief

it should also be made so only nobles of a certain clan tier can make them.

+1

I did x2 15h games - same assessment :xf-cry:
Other than that, i'm spared by most bugs and am very happy with the game

Same thing here.
The problem is:
1) Lords once they lost castles/cities, they instantly defects to the factions who's conquering the land, that can be true with 1/2 lords, but in my game Sturgia remains with only the King and 1 vassal.
2) Making the conquer more difficult, troops after a battle need to rest, the defence army will gather troops asap to counterattack or defending from the invaders (without splitting in minor armies, being destroyed singularly).
3) Introducing a new mechanics where big factions, as they expands, will encounter a much more difficulty to maintain the reign together with different cultures. This is historically accurate, because we can see examples with the Umayyad caliphate, the holy roman empire, the byzantine empire, and so on. Sure, that can be an occasion for introducing in every factions bonus from culture (and why not, religious unity?).

I thinking about mechanics like sabotage inside city, if Original nation try get back captured city....
