Need More Info Random Auto Follow Army

just loaded game, exited the city, and clicked the next destination. notice character going the wrong way on the map, I pause and hover over. It said following Lucons party, I needed to talk to him for a quest so I let it run. I showed up and 5 of his armies and other clans arrived, hovered over Lucon all it said was waiting at destination. I pulled away and all other armies and clans start to leave.
