Ramun - pays 0

I read about this in another thread, but the thread was mostly spam and wisecracks.  Does anyone have any USEFUL information on how to get him to pay for prisoners?  I have 27 mountain bandits in Veluca and it seems like I'm going to have to haul them to another city to get any money for them?

In 1.125 he pays 50 for each prisioner alright.

What version are you currently using? it sounds like 1.113

Yeah it was like that in 1.113, I remember him not paying me for a bunch of bandits.

Besides, he resides in Tihr, not Veluca... There should be a ransom broker in either Veluca or Jelkala, you get payed more for ransoming the Mountain Bandits instead of slaving them. (73 denars/head as opposed to 50 denars/head).

All of the Ransom Brokers including Ramun move about the world randomly.  I have personally seen Ramun in Sargoth, Rivacheg, Tulga and Ahmerrad from memory.

They moved around in 1.113 and still do in 1.125 - I don't sell anyone to Ramun since he never used to give you any money for slaves, so can't confirm he pays in 1.125.

Yeah, ONLY 50 denars, no matter WHAT unit you give him, so always sell him the ones that are worth less than 50, and then wait until you bump into a REAL Ransom Broker to sell the more experienced units

I always though that the price of 1.13 (100 denars) was fine (even if it didn´t pay). I don´t understand why they lowered it to an amount that is almost aways unnatractive.

It was 1.113 and the amount was 0.  I'll check to see if it's 50 dinars/head now...

The supposed amount of 1.13 is 100. The problem was that the money never got transferred.
