Quick issue

First i want to say that this is a great mod and keep up the good work. Now im having a small issue with the game play which i cant seem to understand or work around. Most of the taverns/Arenas/ any building is closed. Now i tired waiting different times of day, i even conquered a placed thinking they were just "racist" lol. but i still cannot enter a tavern or arena, i always get the "it is closed" msg.

now i did figure out to enter castle's and prison u have to speak to the guard, but the other two have no particular method and i was wondering if i missed something?

Are u using WSE? You need play in normal mode.
