Quick encounter screen Depth of Field pixelation

When DoF is disabled, the background pictures of the new(ish) quick encounter screens are incredibly pixelated. Maybe DoF should be enforced for this screen?

Since that is not a 3D scene, it's not affected by the DOF setting. The blur effect will be reduced in the future patches.
