SP - General Quests and Marriage Offers should occasionally come to us

Would be awesome if every once in a while someone came to us with a quest or a marriage offer, or if Companions and even troops came to offer their services as we reached higher levels of Leadership and Influence.

I think it would make the game world feel more alive.
