Master Knight
Its a great mod, but I noticed that so far I haven't seen a weapon break like I thought it said could happen. Secondly, I can't find a lance at all, even though I'm in the clear with a lot of money. Thirdly, I cannot sort out all these kingdom's.

Weapon breaking? Where'd you hear that? I don't think big lances (except for the one super long one some cavalry carry) are present in the mod.

As for the kingdoms, think of it as an opportunity for a bit of education!

I don't think lances were used by Saxons and all those kingdoms back then. This is in the Dark Ages it more Barbaric and i think lances come in a couple more hundred years. When you get the proper fuedal knights.

Right now Im just using this massive pike thing which Has 250 Weapon Reach and you can use it with a shield and on horse :D

There's kontos, a sort of long pike, but not lances as you know them later in history. This is year 636.
Spears were used on horseback but not like lances.

Weapon breaking was in an earlier version but weapons simply broke all the time (after a few swings).
It has now been removed.

Sure enough. Lances and high-cantle saddles that enabled their use, started to be utilized in early 11th century in Byzantine, and in late 11th century appeared in Western Europe for the first time.

I like that the infantry plays more important role in this mod, since the cavalry lacks lances and are not  OP shock troops as in other mods set in later periods. This calls for different tactics on the battlefield, and is more fun for a change.

It was a cool system, which made it realistic, but
brought it down when your in a heavy battle and you
see Weapon Broke..Ha Ha. Sucked
