hey, i am just going to cut to the chase. Is there anyway to modify the cheat system? as in, instead of getting 1k experience or 1k gold, i can somehow edit a file to get 10k exp once i press CTRL+X in the character screen, thanks for any help.

export your character, modify it and when you play back with it again you'll get the stats you inserted...

1. export your character
2. go to your desktop and rightclick on mount&blade at which you open the location.
3. go to your charexport.
4. select the character you want to change (you will now get a list of hes skills and traits.
5. change the character to you liking
6. go back to the game and you can now import your newly changed character its adviced doing it on the battlefield if you got a "xtreemly upgraded char with 1000str since you will get like 3% health bar and thus you can't join fight. while if you do it in battle you can simply press ctrl+h

To this day, the only two games I have not tried cheats in is Command & Conquer Generals and M&B.

That's what I thought at least... Then I figured I've used 3 text tweaks.. Village elder and guildmaster in menu, all taxes collected from 1 fief. Would you call this cheating?

And, I will probably cheat at one point (With a new char, or on a different save) just to try it out.. pwn like mad.. Fun for an hour or two..

(And the reason why I have not tried cheats in C&C Generals is cause 1: I have not found any, 2: I don't really need any since I pwn the computer and suck against humans.. and you can't cheat against humans...)

Don't feel bad about cheating, just don't brag and say you are a really good player and show of screenshots of 600 damage hits and think people would reply "Damn.. you're good! Can I touch you?"
