question of editting mods

Can I add some features from different  mods so That I can get my super Mod??
if yes then How?
or give me a guide how to start

1. Search for it
there are many mod guides..also there are some mods like native pro which do stuff like that...and no one will make a mod for you just look at the stickeys and guides at the top of the forge
