Question:New version?

Sorry for this kind of question,but I wasn't here on this board for quite some time...And i'm sorry.
Reason I posted this is because I'm not sure whether the new version has been released recently.I remember that I downloaded the subversion somewhere in September, and nothing else never after.
So, could you reply to this question, so I can check that "new version"(if there's any)out.

SVN version is newest. As in another thread written, this is not this mod, it's a Chinese conversation. And they added a few things.
