Since kick had been implemented, it had suffered constant nerf - at first you can attack during a kick, then you can only attack right after a kick, and now we have 650, which only allows you to attack after the stun effect brought by kick. In previous versions, kick acted as an anti-turtle attack well since it can penetrate any kind of defence, and can be connected with an attack, but now I'm seeing turtle tactics again, since the best anti-shield attack has been rendered useless.
So I'm confused: What is kick supposed to be? Kicking gets you immobilized, unable to attack, able to penetrate defense within a very short range but delivers very low damage (15 to naked opponent before and 10 now). Such disadvantage but almost no reward, and it might even interrupt your action by accidental double w input. In one on one fights you can't count on it to do decisive damage or gain tactial advantage, and in two on one situation you don't even need it. The only thing that it capable now is help keeping your distance with your opponent, and in doing this you will risk much more than you wish.
