[QUESTION] Can you edit native troops equipment using new module?

I just wanted to know if you can do that without tweaking with core module, it suck if you always need to edit SandBox Core module spnpccharacter.xml everytime games get updated. Thanks in advanced!

EDIT: Also if can. Can you do it without messing with C#? (ie: creating new module with xml file in it.)
 
Solution
If your module comes up later in the load order, any changes made in it will overwrite things in the core module so long as they have the same id.

Just to make sure I made godly, bald sumpter horses in a test module.

Thanks for the answer!, Btw just asking, Can you add new feature like troops quarter or walk around campsite like in VC using that way?
