Question about XP and Compagnionsequipment

I really love the mod, but I would like to see some things tweaked and I hope you might help me with this

1, How can I equip heros more comfortable? It seems, that there might me an universal equipscreen, as there are some reports concerning compagnion overview. But the only thing what worked out for me was autokollect and speaking directly with the heros.
Using autoloot is really a big feature, but I am just asking if there is a possibilty to equip heros more comfortable then with speaking with them

2, I would like to change the XP and even loot system for myself. I have in mind, that combat experience and loot should not scale with your own party, but only on the enemies party size. Furthermore I would like to see equal share of XP for all heros in my party. When I am super strong and can kill many enemies it is easy to rack up a high level, but supporters get always "killstealed" by your own units and I dislike this.
The more regular units and heros you have, the less XP each unit gains and the less loot is available(which actually douplepunishes big parties. You have to pay more wages and you will get less loot)

Actually having a big party is "multipunished"(less xp, less loot, less mapspeed, more wages..)

So, it would be awesome if I can change things like this:

-disable XP/kill, but highly increase XP after combat, so that this is the main source of xp
-disable loot degression with increasing party size BUT decrease loot amount overall (e.g killing 20 looters gives douple loot compared to 10 looter, no matter how many units you have)

I try to look into this gamemechanic by myself, but it is difficult to find the right spot to look. Does anyone have some suggestions? How is "shared Experience" after combat calculated? Is it possible to increase that number and simultanously change XP for all units to 0?

I would prefer my new XP/loot system, because I do not like to see regular units "killstealing" when they have full xp to upgrade. Furthermore I dont think that having a big partiy should be multipunished(higher wages and lower mapspeed is enough. Maybe it would be an idea to increase overall wages but wipe out the gamemechanic which decreases your map speed by your party size)

All things I like to change is not to imbalance the game, but only change functunallity. Actually I want to keep the current balance on each aspect, but I want to modify things so that they comply to my ideas, but do not change the balance significantly(for instance: more loot, because own units do not decrease loot amount, BUT lootamount has degression and wages are increased. So if you kill 10 looter you get 10 Items, and if you kill 20 looter you will get 18 items)

I hope my english is understandable, I have not practiced for some time

I had a problem with levelling myself and my guys, too, when I jumped straight into the game and started running around with a big party.  What I found to be a better option, when I'm not starting the game out by cheating (lol), is I actually avoid building up a large party early in the game.

Since it seems that the new version of Floris has drastically toned down the "giant deathsquad" issue (very beginning of the game, I couldn't even make it between two cities without getting pwnt by a 30-40+ group of lightning-fast bandits) early in the game, it really isn't necessary to have a party larger than your favorite companions + 2 or 3 "meatshields" for when you need to retreat.   Do the quests that don't involve a lot of combat -- like delivering letters or wine.  Your small party will move a LOT faster, so the exp racks up more quickly.  Plus you can usually take 20+ looters if you're smart about it, and if you hang back and let your companions deal with most of them, they will level obscenely fast, at least until lvl 12-15.  Become a mercenary but only take your companions with you -- they can't die, and it's crazy how much experience you can get just by tailing your allies and jumping on fights you know you can't lose.  LOL

I do agree, I would like to see a more direct equipping menu that doesn't require me to talk to the companions.  I love the autoloot feature, but lately I've taken to wanting my people to "match" their clothes, weapons, and horses, or I want them to concentrate on certain builds (blunt vs. blade, for example) so it requires more management than autoloot allows.
