It's more like they listen to 20% of what EUs say, 5% of NAs, and 0% of what anyone else says, so sure we have the greater influence but I refuse to accept responsibility.

They listen complaints but do their own things to fix said issues, which is why every patch is 1 step forward, 3 steps backward
