Question about Noldor Tournament

I did some searching and everyone seems to say the Noldor Tournament is on the first four days of the month.

Initially I thought that meant 4 days of Tournys, But it turns out there has only been one and it has been on the 2nd day of the month five times in a row now.

Is this correct? I'm sure it is, but I am just checking to make sure.

It does not matter,  you just have 4 days to get there and to do the tournament on day time. One time in a month.
