I was wondering how a Radeon 6970 along with anAMD 1100t would be able torun bannerlord? Would it be at least playable on low to medium settings?
Thank you!

You're below minimum specs for GPU and CPU. They clam 6GB of RAM minimum is necessary but I find having at least 16GB is necessary at this point. Also having an SSD will greatly aleviate a lot of frustrations because HDD can have long load times in this game.

Hello! I have similar specs to you, I had a HD7770 that I upgraded from recently (same-ish era card and spec). Its playable at the lowest settings and you need to set a relatively low max FPS (e.g 35-40). That was back in 1.0-1.3 though and 1.4.1 there are some noticeable performance improvements in general, in my opinion.
Word of warning though with that kind of card - Large battles/sieges you'll likely find the only way to participate is to stay away (and not look - render the battle at its climatic parts / start of siege) or you can expect to grind down to 2-5 fps a second. I'm also on a AMD Bulldozer 6300 CPU w/ 8GB RAM but I'm getting by so far.
I have HDD but my loading time is something between 10-15 seconds average when we talk about loading a settlement scenario, and no more than 5 seconds when it comes to loading of looter/bandit/lord face on the campaign map. Besides, the devs are working on the game's performance and stability and they're making a big progress in this.
I'm not saying that HDD is better or something, but it's not that bad as some people describe.
It takes that long with a very fast nvme SSD too. There isn't any loading involved in that scene change. The game just clunks around for 5 seconds and puts that unnecessary conversation on the screen.
I encounter looters.
Me: "My men need to skill up, is it ok is they kill all of you?"
Looters: "It's really not a good time. How about next week?"
Me: "I need to skill up my men now. The king has three more wars to declare next week."
Looters: "Oh bother, I suppose if we must."
Thank god for the mod that eliminates all that loading and pointless talking. MORE KILLING, LESS TALKING!
The last update (1.4.1) has made a great progress in fixing performance issues. I'm playing on high settings (only shadows are "Medium") and before the last update my average FPS in battles was ~24 in fields (when big groups of soldiers collapse and start mass fighting) and 15 and below in sieges (when infantry reaches the walls). I almost cried playing like this.
Right now I get solid 60 in field battles (with rare decreases down to ~50 FPS when a fight starts) and around 30-35 in sieges (when infantry reaches the wall, before that moment I have ~50 FPS). I don't know what have they done, but it's pure magic and I hope they won't break it.
