Question about enterprises:
If i have one in a city that belongs to the enemy, do i still get the denars from it?

If you are vassal to another faction, it will still work. If, however, your faction is at war with the faction in control of the city, you wont gain any income. At the end of the week when your financial information appears, you will see red text next your enterprise saying "Under sequestration". This is basically like when a criminal skips the country and they freeze his assets. It will still be there though, and will start giving you income again when the factions make peace

Or when your faction takes the city.

will all the money you wouldve earned still be there, and will you get it? Or will it just start giving you money like nothing happend.

No, enterprises earn no income while sequestered. (Or all income they did earn was confiscated by the local magistrate...RP and such.)
After the war is done, it starts back up as if nothing happened.
