SP - Quests Quest "Meet with Arzagos" crash

Hello,
I am having a crash. After advancing in the main story I reach a point where no matter what I do I have a crash. It is just while finishing to talk with Arzagos in the "Meet with Arzagos" quest. I use a bunch of mods so it is probable that one of them is causing the problem. I can not be sure which one is the mod that is causign the problem (also, I am just begining to understand the logic behind), but reading the diagnosict report seems to me that there were a problem in the moment the game try to create the Hideout for the next quest. So, I think it could be either "Scum and Villainy" or "Custom Spawns" that are causing the problem. Anyone have a similar problem or may provide a possbile solution?
