Maybe even two quest ideas to boost healing skill a little, besides other rewards...
1st: Questgiver: Any noble with children.
Quest the noble tells the PC that his children suffer from a strange illness, and asks for a healer (min skill 60). If player accepts, he either needs to go for questgivers home or send out a healer companion (with a few bodyguards for the journey). At the nobles home, the PC has to talk to a caretake, and get the reward. If he sends a companion, he just has to wait for 10 days - some reputation, some relation gain, a small sum of money (1k ?) and the PC or companion gets some healing xp.
2nd. Questgiver: Any notable
Questgiver asks PC for a healer for his relatives in some closeby village, if player accepts, he needs to go to that village and stay there for an amount of time (2 or 3 days) After that time, quest gets resolved.
