In Progress Quest hideout still functional without any quest

Summary: I'm not sure what exactly it depends on, but I still have the quest hideout functional, despite the fact that all the quests ended at a certain stage. There is no usual hideout dialog, enemy units at the moment of the dialog are considered friendly. The hideout disappears only after leaving its location. The video shows it better.

How to Reproduce: I started the save for Aserai, completed the quest to collect information from the lords, and then abandoned the quest and after 10 years i found this hideout.
