SP - Quests [Quest] gang needs recruits

When taking this quest there is no information of how many recruits is required to be delivered (at least I can't find any info regarding this). To find out exact number, the quest have to be accepted first and then info could be checked in quest log.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or it was intended this way.

I want to upvote this issue, very irritating that you have to accept the quest just to find out how many recruits the gang needs!
Please fix this TW!
