quest and special powers

Now this question may sound like a noob but how i activate my special powers and where i start faction quest???

Now this question may sound like a noob but how i activate my special powers and where i start faction quest???
PLSSSS answer someone

Press H when in a battle.  The first time it will give you a camera key menu.  The second time it will give you the ability/special power commands.  You MUST have joined one of the 5 factions for this to show up. 

Faction Quests for Illoriaon and Feron can be started by talking to their kings once you have joined their faction.  The other three factions do not have faction quests right now, but do have abilities available.
