Query: Party Management

Can someone give me a quisk explaination of how the party size/management stats work?

At the top of the party screen it says something like 11/20. But I can't add any additional members of level up anyone past their current setting.

this is probably because you don't have enough slots. When troops upgrade, you need to another spot for them to move into, as they are now a different type of unit.

Thanks. I figured that out last night.

Currently I seem to have maxed out my leadership skill at 3. Is this as far as it goes?

Invest in the character attribute. Leadership only goes as far as 1/3 of character.

You need to put more points in charisma.
