Python seems to work, but nothing happens to the mod

When I open the scripting file thingie, modifies it and runs the build_module, nothing happens in the mod.
In the DOS-window: all it says is this (in swedish) "python är inte ett intern kommando, externt kommando, program eller kommandofil."
It means something like: python is not a intern command, extern command, program or commandfile.
Is repeates this 18 times and lookes like this (the last two lines is in english):

Q:
1. Does it matter that it says the first 18 lines in swedish?
2. Why does it say that?
3. Why doesn't anything happen?

Ps. I searched for an answer for several days now, but couldn't find anything.
Also, I did follow the Module System Documentation. All changes was that I named my mod "Twiti" and didn't put the Module_System map in the suggested direction, but neither of those mattered.
What did I do wrong?

If someone help me with this, I'll have one good looking town/castle for him/her in return!

1) Do you have Python installed on your box? If not, go to http://www.python.org and DL version 2.4 or 2.5

2) Do you have Python set up as a path variable? If not, do the following:

1 - Click 'Start', the right-click on My Computer and select 'Properties'
2 - Select the 'Advanced' tab
3 - Click the 'Environment Variables' button at the bottom of the window
4 - The bottom half of the new window will read 'System Variables'. Scroll down the list until you find the 'Path' variable. Select it and click 'Edit'
5 - Scroll to the very end and type the following:  ;C:\Python24\    (or    ;C:\Python25    , if you have Python 2.5 installed)
6 - Click all the OK buttons.

NOTE: if you have not installed Python, when you do so, let it install to the default path.

Just that I don't know if I may give it to other people, because I was in the Firearms mod when I modded it...

Something screwed my mod up... All the guns where just brown swords and the traders big transparent pink questionmarks...
But I only changed the scene in the mod.
- It means that I can just email the scene I changed to anyone who wants it, just replace the old scene you already had with this one you get from me.

Ps. I didn't change the ragodihr castle after all, but I changed the other castle and that's the one you'll get. Just so you know it when you are about to attack the castle.
