Python Error

Hello, Today when i was trying to start up my build_module.bat it said "Python is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file." I think I pathed it right Im pretty Sure. But if anyone could help that would be great!

I tried it but now it has that same error and this one "Could not find C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\New Folder\*.pyc
