Python editing

Guys, I've got another question. I'm making a complete new world in mount and blade warband, but I need that python stuff thing...
So here are my questions: "How can you use Python?" "Do you need other files?" "Can you combine Python with Morgh's editor?"

I might come up with other questions, but this is all I want to know for now.

1. Download Python 2.6
2. Download the module files
3. Edit them
4. Extract them with the .bat (remember to edit where to extract the mod)
5. Profit
