Some (Imperial) cities have spots where the normal graphics are covered by purple light, this only appeared at night. The regular graphics can be seen outlined underneath the purple, the spots are rather small, about the size off an in-game basket.
Hello, this issue is fixed with the earlier patches. Make sure the game itself, your drivers, and your OS are up to date and please let me know if the problem persists after newly released patches.
