purchse not working!!

I enetered all the fields in the purchase form,but the website stops at the "Please wait while your order is processed".If I refresh will I have to pay another $12?I have already emailed the sites people,but what if I don't get me skey.Please help.Does anyone knows what to do in this situation?

I tried it again and now I get another error?Cannot complete transaction contact bank for information about you credit card.Also what is the CSC?Card security code?And what should I use IE or mozilla?

Either should work.

It may be worth contacting the credit card issuer to check on the status of the credit card.
