Okay, soi have to explain what republican dictator ship is.
Its dictatorship, that is based on republican principes, but is controlled by one man, with no inheritance, and the ministers can decide after dictators death, whether to continue the dictatorship and make election for next dictaor, or remake parlament, incase it was overtrown. Basicly - one man parlament.

Examples of it inter-war period.
Economical totaliatrism.
Communistical/socialistic totalitarism.
Fascist dictatoriate/totaliatirsm.
Military totaliatirsm.
Colonial totaliatirsm.

I voted for Dominion of Boreila. However I feel that it shouldn't be a psudo canadian faction but rather a British/Commonwealth mix, with perhaps a "Canadian like" assault unit. We're known for our under equipped, but hardy and steadfast infantry. Throughout history Canadians have shown innovative methods to survive harsh battle conditions (like pissing in hanker-chiefs to filter the chlorine) So definitely give them good stats for melee and weapon proficiency but poor equipment for low tier troops and only slightly better equipment for higher tiers. Remember we were the Assault troops because we packed light, and used innovative battle and survival tactics to take the objective.
