Unresolved Ps4 supports keyboard but not the mouse

I dont why but i can control my character with keyboard but can’t move the screen with the mouse but in can left click with mouse and it functions as an “X” i hope that this problem gets solved as quick as possible because i am keyboard player and play because of this glitch

That can also mean that it works accidentally for some parts but they are not actively supporting it.

But it does literally say on several websites that it is mouse and KB supported. I would find it weird if it’s just the mouse click that they call supported and not the whole function of the mouse?!
