Need More Info PS4 Multiplayer skirmish and captain unplayable

Summary:
Disconnected from lobby all the time even when you finally find game you still will get disonnected, only occurs on ps4 as ps5 players in my team could play.

Are you still disconnected from the lobby today? Is that issue still happening? Could you please check?

Hello sir

Thank you very much for quick replay. Indeed the problem is still occuring today i tried for 20 minutes still everytime a disconnect from lobby, i may add i play game since release and the issue has been occuring everytime and its only for ranked matchmaking the custom games works without any issue.
