Closed PS4 - Corrupted Data

Summary: Hi everyone. This is my first post so apologies if I'm posting in the wrong part of the forum. Today I installed Bannerlord again on my PS4. My PlayStation had recently crashed and I had to reinstall the system again which meant I lost all the data still on the console. It was basically back to factory settings. I put Bannerlord in, reinstalled it and downloaded the latest update. However it didn't work and instead told me that the data was corrupted and that I had to remove the disc, delete the application, and rendownload it. I did that... and the same thing happened again. I'm not sure what's wrong here, can anyone help?

I can't work out how to attach a photo, however it says exactly "Cannot continue using the application. The data for the following application is corrupted. Delete the application from the PS4 and then insert the disc again."

Have you installed the game to your console with a disc or did you download it?
