im building up a village to a city, but i need prosperity to build from castle to town,
but i dont now how to get that.

You cannot make a village a city. It will always be a village. The best way to get it richer is to build the mill, stop people raiding it, and protect the farmers going to and fro from it.

oh yes i can, are Playing Calardia at war, and started whit a village and now its a castle
