I've decided to list some pros and cons about the factions, feel free to post and i'l edit this.

Nords
Pros:
Great infantry
Huscarls are amazing
Fast leveling of archers to veteran
Semi good archers
High survivability at higher tiers of infantry
Infantry has throwing weapons
Cons:
No cavalry
Weak against cavalry
Long way from vet to huscarl

Vaegirs
Pros:
Great cavalry
Great archers
High cavalry survivability
Cons:
Not the best infantry
Almost no shields
Archers have weak armor
Weak against archers

Swadians
Pros:
AMAZING cavalry
Semi-good infantry
Cons:
Counts are dumb
Harlaus calls feasts when he's at war and half his cities are sieged
they're in the middle, so they get ganked by everyone

Rhodoks
Pros:
Infantry can take the most hits
Heavily armored crossbowmen
Crossbowmen are extremely accurate
Cons:
Infantry cant dish out damage
No cavalry
Crossbowmen take a bit to reload

Sarranids
Pros:
Great archers - fast and accurate
Great at defending sieges
Great cavalry - just a little better than swadian knights
HUGE cavalry survivability
Cons:
Below average infantry
There nobles always hate each other, bout half and half
Lower level units are very weak

Khergits
Pros:
-Very fast on map
-Cavalry at tier 2
-Cheap and fast to train heavy cavalry
-Archers with shields
Cons:
-Horse archers need a lot of micro
-No cheap unit
-No good meele units on siege

I haven't played the other factions much, post some info and i'l add it to the list.

rhodoks
pros:
infantry can take the most hits
heavily armorder crossbowmen
crossbowmen are extremely accurate

cons:
Infantry cant dish out damage
no cavalry
crossbowmen take a bit to reload

Sarranids
PROS
Great archers - fast and accurate
Great cavalry - just a little worse than swadian knights
High tier very strong army
ALL THERE  LADYS LOOK GOOD

CONS
average infantry
There nobles always hate each otherbout half and half
Lower levels they are very weak

I don't see how Nords are weak against cavalry... Stand closer four times and they will instant stop, demount, and demolish.

I wouldn't say the Vaegirs have great cavalry either, or that they have great survive-ability considering they have no shields and use two handers.

A cons of Vaegir is "few shields".

Average infantry isn't a pro of Sarranid! It is a cons:their infantry is inferior and same tier, not like nord archers that are weak but they train fast. A pro of sarranid infantry is the mounted flag.

Wage cost has nothing to do with how good they are - higher leveled units cost more. An NPC's level doesn't affect its stats at all.

Nords need cavalry. Some horse archers would do them good, ya think?

It doesn't fit with them. They need archers with shield: since horse archer cost a lot more to upkeep, I would say sharpshooters, or just edit the game and add shield to nord archers.

Hey, cool list livingdeath62, do you think you could color code the OP? It is fine if you don't have the time, it would just be helpful.

Another pros for both Swadian and Sarranid should be "fast on map" since all troops have the mounted flag.

And Khergits?
Pros:
-Very fast on map
-Cavalry at tier 2
-Cheap and fast to train heavy cavalry
-Archers with shields
Cons:
-Horse archers need a lot of micro
-No cheap unit
-No good meele units on siege

Only their top tier infantry (Swadian Sharpshooters/Sergeants Sarranid Master Archers/Guards) have the mounted tag; the others do not.
