Props, weapons, armor: make a request

Hi guys,

I am looking for a model of an elephant.  It does not need to be rigged, I just intend to texture it to look like a stone statue as a prop in a scene.  Can someone help me with this?

If one has been made, a link will be perfect.

Though if he's willing to share or even in the position to do so I don't know. Still a good first place to ask I'd say.

That is a cool website.  Unfortunately, I do not know how to apply a texture to a model.  I found a really cool model but I only know how to re-texture.  I have made some very unique stuff just texturing, but I don’t know how to map a texture to a model. 

This one would be perfect.

If the armor could be mapped separately from the stone body so I could make it a decorated cloth, its exactly what I was looking for.  It would make a great stone God statue for some primitives in the mod I’m working on. 

Is this something you could help me with?  I’d add your name in credits.

Yeah I can lend a hand, pm me with details on what you want done.  I'm guessing you just want it textured and uv mapped, and the cloth portion of the model sliced off and made into a separate model?

Can someone make a nordic sword with the damascus blade type texture? I don't have any pics offhand, but most people have heard of the Damascus Blade Legend. The sword that could cut through a rock and still be sharp enought to kill a man.

Pretty much. But with extreme detail.
The texture would be extremely high-res, but for my mod it would end up being like a hero weapon only. That way nobody can make an entire army of Damascus-Blade Wielders. 

I can make the LOD', but I would need the model and a really high res tex.
