[Proposal] Napoleonic Persistent World [Community Project]

Hello,

I have had the idea of a Napoleonic Persistent World. I know people have probably thought of this before but I thought I might bring it up again and hopefully get the idea off the ground.
First I will need to ask permission from alot of people to use there skins as my idea is to gather up all the skins ever made (including official ones) and put them in this mod, yes that means America, Sweden, Spain, Ottoman Empire etc will be included. I also need to ask the makers of Persistent World to use there game engine.

The reason it is a community project is because it is taking alot of mods made for NW and putting them into 1 mod almost like a darthmod for NW. Their will be a small team with people like coders and regular contributions of skins and things, but it is expected that most of the work will just be the community making skins for fun.

Gameplay

It will still be Persistent World where you wonder the landscape in search of fame, wealth and glory but this time it has firearms! These firearms will hopefully make the game quite different. For a start the classes you can train as will change dramatically. The Clothes/Uniforms will change alot as well and this is where I intend to put all the skins ever made for NW but also a few others like Militia Rags. Finally the biggest change is the weapons. I intend to have a few types of muskets and rifles which can be used for different things like a Hunting Musket or something used for killing animals, hopefully with fixable and un-fixable bayonets.

Faction wise I intend that if you become lord of a Faction and want to change it you can select from a preset number of Factions eg: You become lord of France but want to play Prussia so you select Prussia (unless already being used) and everything in your castle/fort will become Prussian like uniforms and weapons. Hopefully we will be able to put artillery into the game but it will not be buy-able if you want to take an artillery piece into the field you have to take it off your fortress.

Classes

Infantry

Serf/Peasant (Mining, Logging, Hunting etc)
Militia (basic class bad at fighting but very cheap)
Line Infantry (The Standard Class alright at everything)
Marines (good at Sailing but otherwise just Line Infantry)
Grenadiers (average at shooting, good at melee)
Foot Guards (good at everything)

Cavalry

Light Cavalry (Best riders)
Medium Cavalry (good at everything)
Heavy Cavalry (Best at Melee)

Specialists
Sapper (Builds things)
Artillery (Can fire Artillery)
Lord (Lords Class)

[Rockets wont be included as it is unpredictable as where they are two land will likely cause mass random.]
