Prophesy of Pendor Version 3.0 Status Update

TLD is a never ending tease. (I was Warned for saying just that to them -snore-)

I gave up on that MOD months ago.  Especially after it was posted that they work on it for an hour or two a week.

PoP is pretty magnificent.  Only one I'm interested in anymore.

Yeah POP is definitely addictive - one way or another. The devs should feel a bit guilty because us the players won't get to enjoy the summer this year

Back on topic : Are you gonna release a pub beta or a full blown release?

A full-blown release only, as bug-free as possible.  No public beta - we have a lot of testers on the team from the Pop 2 team original Dev Team members and some new ones who have taken part in PoP 3 and/or are experienced M&B/PoP 2.5 players.  That way, we know what we are looking for and those who specialize in certain aspects: strategy/armor and weapons making and combat balance/ troop types, dialog, etc. can concentrate on finding bugs in their special areas, as well as in the game overall.

Edit: This is a VERY organized beta testing scheme - specialized bowmen testing bows, specialized 2-handers testing 2-handers, and so on.

On the other hand I would prefer a September release it September starts tomorrow Maybe someone should check the Mayan calendar on when the pop3 will be released - as far as I know those Mayans are pretty precise on things written on their calendar. Maybe they start their September in a few days!

The mayan calendar idea would be a BIG mistake. You probably wouldn't see pendor 5 because by the end of 2012 you would be "supposedly" dead because it ends on 21 December 2012. So I'ld have to come over and slot you if you're not naturally dead by the time that happens.

@ Abyss - A whole new calendar era starts when POP will be ported to WB So yes, maybe 2012 POP will be ported to WB and that will either destroy the world or make a living on this planet somewhat harmonic
